A few nurse friends recommended Dr. Payne to me. I have been pregnant 4 times in the past 11 years and chose only to see Dr. Payne but have friends who are happy with other doctors in the same office. Dr. Payne has been empathetic, calm and conservative when working with me. My children were delivered by c-section by Dr. Payne.
