Dr. Vance not only saved my life once, he saved it twice. He was on-call when my colon perforated, and he successfully performed emergency surgery on me. Later that evening, I went into septic shock. My wife was told that, 'they did all they could do.' Dr. Vance was already off work and home when he returned to the hospital to save my life. I will be forever grateful for that man.
