How likely are you to recommend Dr. Thomas?
My initial consultation with Dr. Thomas was thorough in his reviewing my medical history and MRI. Most importantly, there was no rush or pressure into anything. He explained in detail what to expect during and after the procedure. He told me all bleeding will stop day of procedure. Folks, he was not lying. After one whole year of non-stop bleeding, which resulted in multiple hospitalizations. Day of procedure is the first day I did not bleed. It is a complete shame that all the gynecologists I encountered, NEVER mention UFE as a possible treatment alternative (they all parrot 'hysterectomy'). I was left to do my research and find out about this procedure on my own. Thank God, I found Dr. Thomas.Following the procedure my pain level is a zero. Dr. Thomas warned that the nerve block will wear off and I will be able to manage the reduced pain with medications he prescribed. That's a fair deal! Disclaimer: The aforementioned is my personal experience. I hope yours will be great too!
