Dr. Schafer is amazing. My mom was having pacemaker surgery and he was so attentive and compassionate as she has dementia and Alzheimer's and made her so calm before her surgery that went great. He listened as I explained some issues and that helped expedite her recovery as well. He also realized the importance of me being able to spend the night with her so she would not panic being in an unfamiliar environment. We feel blessed to have met him.
