Another surgeon dumped my case two days before scheduled procedure. It was a time sensitive issue involving a detatched tendon. I left a message on Dr Norbergs chat as i was looking around for another provider to try and fix my thumb.He personally called me back on a day off , to ask about my case . He met me at his office an hour later- scheduled the procedure and cut through all the insurance red tape before i left. Cant thank him enough for his efforts
