Patient Reviews
Dec 30, 2023
I have used Dr. Laryea for yearly colonoscopies and multiple polyps removed. I have found him to be highly competent and thorough with a very calming demeanor. I came to know of him initially through one of my own patients who had a complicated case and whose own doctor had referred her to him as he felt he could do no more. She had her cancer removed and colon reattached and lived many years afterward. She referred to him as her “miracle doctor.” I’ve had a good experience every year at UAMS, I wouldn’t go anyplace else and you shouldn’t either!

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
