I saw Dr. Bishop at Northborough location. This was a very positive experience. He took his time to explain everything first, the procedure was painless, and he told me everything before he did it, step by step. He and the staff made me very comfortable, which was not easy considering my past experiences with dental work elsewhere. The procedure was over quickly, while the time he and the staff spent with me beforehand was much longer so they could assess medically what was needed and could make me feel comfortable in what was going to take place. The plan of care was explained, and why. They listened to my concerns and took their time before ever starting. I have had no pain, and did not even need narcotic medication. Amazing!
