I went to Dr. Lipana for a second opinion on a sore I had for over a year and half under my tongue that wouldn't go away. No one could seem to figure it out despite imaging and consultations with specialists. He took one look at it and diagnosed a likely papilloma to which he promptly anesthetized, removed and cauterized. He did this all with a friendly and easy going manner and I would highly recommend him if you are looking for professional help.
