I was extremely nervous and upset about needing an implant removed and a bone graft procedure done. (I was crying in the dentist office). Dr. Kim explained everything he was doing as he performed the surgery. It was pain free and his assistant even offered to hold my hand. A little soreness the following day which was expected. Also the woman (Cheryl) that cleaned my teeth was very sympathetic and gentle. I highly recommend this dentist office.
