Dr. Kral took the time to listen to me and explain his diagnosis and the treatment and medication he prescribed. I was afraid an ER visit would be rushed. But Dr. Kral took the time to make sure I understood what he was saying. So glad I went to Baylor Scott & White Emergency Hospital in Mansfield instead of an urgent care. Huge difference in care!
