First of all, Lauren in his front office is amazing! She is on top of every detail, responsive and friendly. She sends paperwork along for approval immediately so I was able to get the services I needed for MRI and PT. She got me a virtual visit same day for an urgent issue and I honestly don't know where I'd be pain-wise if not for Dr Koenig. He was thorough, took his time to explain the issue to me and I felt so much better after our visit. He was available post-visit to order medications needed as my issue progressed. So grateful for Dr Koenig and his wonderful team.
