If you saw me on the street or at work, you probably would not know that I was suffering from extreme anxiety, stress, and woke up almost nightly with panic attacks; I was at a point in my life of desperate need. The way I explained it is like this… It is night, I am in the middle of the ocean, treading water, struggling to stay afloat, waiting for a piece of driftwood, anything, to help keep me afloat for a few more moments. I searched the web and found Dr. Crist, so I called. Within the hour, he had returned my call, and he proved to be my lifeboat. Dr. Crist is a personable professional, a master at his craft of helping others. If you are in need of professional help, look no further, as Dr. Crist is a call away!
