Dr. Lai is friendly, calm, cool, and professional. I am a self-confessed "anti-dentite" but Dr. Lai and his entire staff makes a usually unpleasant experience very pleasant. Office is clean and organized and the office manager, Alla is on top of her stuff (and yours). Highly recommend!
