Dr. Lopez was recommended to me by my dermatologist to remove a basal cell carcinoma since it was in a place on my face that she didn't feel comfortable removing. From the moment I called to make my appointment, I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I could tell that I was important to them and not just another phone call. I continued to be impressed when I went there for my procedure. The receptionist, Juliet, was helpful, friendly, and spoke to ME like I was important. In the treatment room, Leticia, the medical assistant made my husband and I very comfortable. When Dr. Lopez came into the room, instead of immediately jumping into the procedure, he thoroughly explained what he was going to do and what I should expect. Everything went according to plan, and, today, when I took off the bandage and saw the stitches, I was amazed at how you could hardly see where he put the sutures. I would recommend Dr. Lopez.
