Dr. Coolidge was kind and empathetic. He answered our questions directly but with plain enough language. Dr. Coolidge made our adolescent daughter's ER visit less traumatic, and created a comfort zone for her. We were not hoping to go to an ER when we were more than 2 hours from home, but because of his services, it was not as stressful as it could have been.
