Dr. Kemp is warm and personable. He makes you feel like he has known you all of his life. He removed a cataract for me yesterday and I am so pleased with the experience that I cannot wait to have the other eye done too. I highly recommend Dr. Kemp and his Staff. They are just as efficient and personable! Why did I wait so long? It was painless.
