My visit was to the Williamsburg Office. The visit to the office was excellent. The office is well run and timely, the staff were all pleasant and efficient, start to finish, and Dr. Mason is a prince. I saw him for a lower back issue. He first apologized for my small wait in the examine room. He had of course already reviewed earlier x-rays, and listened to story. With no current pain, he was in no hurry to surgery. But with numbness of my thigh, he suggested further imaging. I found Dr. Mason to be engaging, friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. I truly have no suggestions for improvement; they are running a great office. If you have a back issue, get a referral to Dr. Mason.
