I have been going to the father and son Korngold dental practice for about three months. My former dentist had retired. Both dentists saw my mouth before work began. Most recently, Dr. Jonathan Korngold drilled down two back teeth so that caps could be put on. Formerly, both teeth had had large fillings. One of the fillings had partially fallen out. Luckily, root canal was not needed. They also spotted an infection that led to an extraction, done by a dental surgeon at another location. In time, an implant will replace that tooth. All of the work that was done in the office of this father and son dental team was quick and efficient. Assistants stood by with tools so that my tongue did not go near to the drill, and my saliva did not build up. The practice takes great care to see that all patients are checked for any signs of the virus during the pandemic.
