I've seen about 30-50 medical professionals in the last 8 months due to cancer - some great, for sure. But Dr. Wons was the first one that I really felt spoke to me as a human being and had sensitivity to me as an individual rather than just another patient in the roster. He was also super prepared for my appointment which was surprising but very comforting. I found him to be relatable, down to earth, and educational where needed. Extra bonus points for him tolerating my bad sense of humour and taking it in stride :)
