Dr. Samter was my pediatrician for my two sons about 28 years ago in Brooklyn Ny at the Lindenwood HIP center. He was an EXCELLENT Dr. I literally cried when he left. I was a new mother and teacher and he was a very compassionate and caring Dr. My youngest at the time was on the spectrum and Dr Samter helped me immensely.
