Dr Flores saw me for the first time in the ER at Harlingen Medical and immediately stepped in to treat me like I was a long time patient. very thorough and explained everything that was going on. He treated me for 5 1/2 weeks at Solara and never missed a step. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing expert care.
