Dr. Moreno conducts himself at all times like he genuinely cares about my health. He takes the time to explain things clearly and answer all my questions, and I feel like I can really trust him. He also goes above and beyond just providing basic care. For example, when I missed a voicemail and didn't return one of his calls, he followed up again 48 hours later because he hadn't heard back from me and wanted to be sure I understood what was going on. Great doc!
