I've been a patient of Dr. Rubi's for 20 years. He's always very pleasant, explains things well, takes the time to actually listen to any concerns, and has a great "beside manner. " He even makes it a point to remember little things that aren't in your medical chart: for example, he always asks how my child is doing by name. He's retained the little personal touches from when his was a private practice, even after joining a medical conglomerate like Wellspan.
