Dr. Dujenio has wonderful bedside manner and he made my mom feel she was in good hands and they would run tests and get to the bottom of her issues. She is a former nurse and a tough patient who never wants to go to the ER. But day 10 of COVID after a complete round of paxlovid and she was getting worse. Dr. Dugenio and nurse Joan were so compassionate and professional in their care. The Dr. actually guessed at a few observations that she hadn’t mentioned and it triggered her memory with more details which helped to diagnose her. This ER on Richmond Ave in Point Pleasant is truly a gem. Staff was amazing and care was excellent. Thank you!!
