READ THIS IF YOU CAN'T CONTACT THEM BY PHONE! I tried calling them many times without success. THIS TIME I USED THEIR PATIENT FUSION WEBPAGE to book and appointment and guess what, they called me back! yay! I just came back from their office and they explained that the managing company that takes care of the calls has messed it up big time. They were very nice and Dr. Medina's assistant apologized for the all the problems. (apologies accepted because Dr. Medina was AWESOME as always!!!!).
