Just a wonderful caring person. As the night Dr on the floor he was eager to spend the time to fully discuss & explain the care I got before and after ostomy surgery at BIDMC. He gave me full confidence in the team and the results. And ordering a bed extender was a blessing after trying to tuck my long legs into the regular bed. The little attention to detail that counts.
