I felt so fortunate to have found Dr. Quintero in PR. No one had an opthomologist recomendation so I took a chance and got lucky. Dr. Quintero is a fine doctor and also a kind and caring one. The combination made for a very succesful experience for me. He performed a cataract operation. Thank you Dr. Quintero!
