My physician since 2014. I was extremely impressed from my 1st visit. Dr. Santiago is, in my opinion brilliant with his medical knowledge & "takes time to explain' diagnosis & test etc & treats you like 'a patient', something which, to me is a rarity in doctors theses days. I am a former nurse, plus, 72 yrs.old & I experienced the "good ole days' of old fashioned doctors('50's -70's) who took such 'good care' of their patients + I worked with some of the best Doctors in Austin thru out the '80's -90's who still had excellent bedside manners, common sense, & reminded me of the good ole doctors of yesteryear. Now, it seems things aren't as satisfying with patient/Dr relationships & it is rush rush, maybe in part to insurance codes etc, but I am glad Dr. Santiago & staff are as dedicated to their patients as they are.
