Saw Dr. Coates for urgent care of cuts on arm. He cleaned up the skin torn and assessed degree of concern. He informed me of what care he would have RN give me and how to treat afterwards encouraging me to return if healing did not occur quickly. Nurse provided the care as he said and all is proceeding well. Written instructions were also sent to me. Excellent care both professional and prompt.
