Excellent - I had three rotat cuff and the Labrum laid open. Dr. Norris is the only physician who would undertake this in an arthroscopic manner. I now have 99% of my range of motion back and no pain in the joint. I had a better outcome than he expected in a 61 year old male.He's a magician!
