The best plastic surgeon at Kaiser South Bay. I am beyond words. Great doctor, listen to all my concerns. I had my surgery August 2024, I am very happy, amaze and satisfied how my breast surgery turn out. I honestly will recommend Dr. Chen for any reconstruction needs. Many thanks Dr. Chen.
