Dr. Chacko and his team provide excellent care at their clinic. He always does a comprehensive evaluation and explains everything clearly. He reviews my medical records, asks pertinent questions and provides understandable feed back, which I greatly appreciate. I've been his patient for several years and see he takes great care with all his patients. I have cataracts that are causing vision problems and will be having surgery in the near future. Dr. Chacko explained the procedure and what to expect. I have great confidence in him, his knowledge and his abilities. He always asks if I have any questions or concerns and listens respectfully to what I have to say. I never feel rushed when I have an appointment at Jones Eye Institute because they work so well as a team caring for their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Chacko and this clinic for your vision care.
