I don't usually leave reviews, but I've seen Dr. Diaz three times in the ER for a painful skin issue that couldn't wait for a dermatologist. He's always been helpful and never made me feel guilty for returning. Even during a procedure, the only discomfort was brief and expected. My only suggestion would be to have a better system in the background that notifies specialists to help prioritize appointments outside the emergency room.
