The staff was amazing, but it took 3 weeks to receive a call to schedule from the referral from within Asheville Cardiology Associates (ACA) and then 5 weeks for the appointment, for a total of 8 weeks wait for the appointment. The electrophysiology department is much better staffed and operated than the main ACA downstairs. Dr. Donnelly was direct, pleasant, and friendly. He answered questions without offering additional knowledge to build my understanding.
