Dr. O’Brien treated my visits with such understanding and patience, knowing how terrified I was to be in a dental office. A fear since childhood. He made a point of explaining all processes, continually checked with me to see how I was doing during procedures, and couldn’t have managed my appointments any better. I’m so grateful for his kindness and concern and although the dentist’s office will never be a favourite place for me, Dr. O’Brien and his staff are absolutely wonderful.
