I have known Dr. Gartner for more than 40 years. His prenatal care was wonderful and I couldn’t have been happier. After delivery, my son had a breathing problem and Joe explained everything and reassured us that he would be fine, and he was. Over the years, we became friends his kindness helped us weather some tough situations. I no longer live in the area, and have yet to find a doctor with comparable skills and generosity of spirit.
