I met Dr Scibetta in 1990 when I moved into Rochester. I am now living in Florida and have not found a doctor as wonderful as he is! Not only is he kind, knowledgeable, warm and pleasant he is a wonderful doctor as well! Since 2019 when I moved I still have yet to find a doctor as wonderful as he is! I like him as a person, friend and doctor. Rochester is lucky to have him!
