I needed kyroplasty on my t12 vertebrae from a bad fall down the stairs which fractured my t 12. Dr Fonte took a long time describing the procedure in detail and answered all my questions! He calmed my fears came to visit me after and even called me at the end of his long day!!! He is exceptional I put full trust on him!!!!
