I had TMj pian and my joint popping out when I ate, very painful. Dr Tregaskes and his team gave me a complete exam with dental scan along with a detailed patient questionare to check my problem. I have been clinching and grinding my teeth for a long time, and my tmj was in bad shape. His solution was to create a dental appliance, like a retainer, one for day use and one for night use (very detailed work up for that) and after the 2nd night, the pain was gone ! Now I can eat normally again !
