Dr. Carver is a good person and wonderful doctor. When my husband was dying In April 2016,Dr. Carver was truly the only member of my husband’s so-called Penn Cancer team that truly cared and treated my husband with empathy to the bitter end. He visited us in the hospital and just sat and talked to us unlike a physcian team member Who strolled into to my husband’s hospital room and instead of greeting my husband stated”boy its hot in here!” My sister and I were truly stunned at how cavalier this physican acted toward my husband. I wish there were more people like Dr Joe Carver in the world.
