My last visit with Dr. Jones did not go well. If I offended him or complained too much I’m not sure. I was in a traumatized emotion having to return for another chemotherapy treatment. My reactions to chem have been very severe. Dr. Jones walked out of the exam room with no response or guidance and did not return. I left the building with nobody saying anything to me.Later that afternoon a nurse phoned me and said my CT Scan was clear. I had to ask that the scan results be sent to me. A few days later I called and left a voice message that I wanted an appointment with Dr. Jones to review the scan. I never got a call back.My first appointment with Dr. Jones was positive and I appreciate his quick response to referring me to an ENT physician over a concern for my hoarse voice.I’m sorry if I somehow offended Dr. Jones on this last visit but I was in a very traumatized state.
