I’ve been seeing Dr. Insler for over a year. In years past I had truly awful experiences with medications and med providers, and he is one of two that I have had a positive experience with. With my negative past experiences, I did not make it easy for him to build any rapport with me in the beginning. However, he did not give up and put in the work to get to know me as a patient. He listened with open ears to what I had to say regarding my care. I never had to repeat anything I told him once I opened up to him about my own personal triggers regarding my mental health. He made sure to avoid anything he knew could upset me based on what I had said. He never pushes medications that I don’t need and any new medications we’ve tried he makes sure I know the possible side effects so I can watch out for them. I have nothing but positive things to say about him and his commitment to providing me with the best care I have ever received.
