I was involved in a high impact motor vehicle accident in which resulted in going to the ER. I contacted the clinic to schedule a follow up appointment however I could not make any of the available times as I needed a time in which my husband could watch my son. Much to my amazement, almost immediately I received a call back from the clinic stating that Dr Siegel was willing to see me whenever I was available and that he would make it work, even if it was on his lunch break. Dr Siegel was willing to sacrifice his personal time to ensure that I was able to be seen. Not many people would be willing to make a personal sacrifice for a patient in general let alone one that they have never met previously. But Dr Siegel did just that. But not only did Dr Siegel see me during his lunch break but he was very thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable. Even though he was on his personal time, he still did not rush or become distracted. I cannot recommend him enough.
