Dr. Vella operated on my 7yr old child . My son had a complicated nasal cyst at the very front tip of his nose... ( or what we thought was a cyst , ended up being a tumor) . my son ended up needing a complete reconstruction of his nose. 1 year later and you cant even tell ( the initial cut was from the top of his nose to the tip right in the center ) but it healed so beautiful and you can barely see a scar! if i could include photos i would!
