Dr Greene & his staff are exceptional, world class. I cannot sing their praises enough. I had total knee replacements of both knees this summer, 3 months apart. The pre-op, surgery & post-op experience was seamless both times. The staff makes sure that all requirements, tests and paperwork for surgery are completed & alert you if there is an issue, which is comforting. The text messages prior to surgery & following were extremely helpful. They were informative & encouraging during the 6 weeks following surgery until your post-op appt. The staff is responsive to questions or problems & I received answers within the day. Dr Greene & his staff are caring in such a way that you feel your well being is their main concern. Dr Greene is personable & takes time to chat with you some. He replaced both my hips abt 5 years ago prior to Louisville Hip & Knee. I was very surprised that he remembered some personal info. abt me from 5 yrs ago even though he no longer has access to that chart on me.
