Dr Skaggs saved my life December 31, 2019! It’s because Of him and the staff he works with that I am in recovery. My defibrillator has been implanted and I’m on my way! Thank you so much Dr Skaggs and please let the staff know how much i appreciate them too! My husband ran into Irene Frazer the Nurse Practioner who worked with you that night she was great too!!
