Dr. Kilgore took the time to listen and that's important because my primary doctor didn't really listen nor take my symptoms seriously for 8 months and it was cancer, however, Dr. Kilgore listened to all my symptoms, and he was open and shared his treatment plan in a clear way. I felt comfortable with Dr. Kilgore as my surgeon. He explained that he is experienced and has performed the type of surgery that I needed many times before so it made me have confidence in his skills. He took the time to ask the right questions and learned that I had not so pleasant experiences with anesthesia keeping me nauseous and vomiting so he was successful in working with the anesthesiologist to make it a pleasant experience. He was also good at communicating with and answering any questions that my husband had.
