Dr Jacobs is a great doctor. He has an excellent way of interacting with patients. He is astute and listens attentively. Because of his understanding bedside manner and expertise, I feel extremely well cared for. He explains things well if you need it. For occasional followups, he has very competent professional staff covering for him in between regular appointments with him. His assistant (Heather) is very helpful with all administrative issues and scheduling.
