My appointment was scheduled for 2pm, however, I got to the office closer to 1pm. I had tried to time my arrival according to L.A. traffic, however, on this particular day the traffic was unusually light. Not that that mattered. As soon as I entered the office, Celine recognized me and said they would see me right away. No need to wait the 45 minutes or so for my scheduled appointment time! I was very pleased. This was a follow up visit, so no need to see Dr. Prager. However, once my visit concluded, Dr. Prager, who was in his office buried under tons of paperwork, requested to see me. He simply wanted to make sure I was doing okay. Seriously? The man is ultra-busy, has a professional staff assisting him, and yet still makes time to see a patient on a minor follow-up visit? I am more than pleased with Dr. Prager and his entire staff!
