I saw Dr. Smith for the first time several months postpartum where I had let my health take second priority to being a new mom, so I had several requests, including imaging, labs and med changes. I am an RN and went in prepared to justify and argue for everything I needed but Dr. Smith listened to everything on my list (I literally brought a list) and I left the building an hour later with everything I needed done - X-rays, labs, and meds picked up at pharmacy, and never felt rushed or unheard. I specifically chose Dr. Smith as my PCP because he is a DO and they tend to have a more holistic approach, and so happy I did!
